These terms govern the use of RaraWin Casino by any player registering an account. By creating an account, a player accepts these terms in full, along with any specific promotional terms attached to individual bonuses.

1. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted to register an account. RaraWin verifies age and identity at registration and again before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18, or opened using false information, will be closed immediately, and any funds will be handled in accordance with licensing authority guidance rather than returned automatically.

Only one account is permitted per person, household and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at RaraWin’s discretion, and any bonus claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Security

Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under their account. RaraWin will never ask for a full password by email, phone or chat, and any communication claiming to be from RaraWin requesting this should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account details, including name and date of birth, must match the identity documents provided during verification. Requests to change registered details after verification require additional checks and may take longer to process than a standard support query.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are listed on the Payments & Withdrawals table on the homepage. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player’s own name; third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances and will result in funds being returned to the original source.

Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Processing times vary by method, typically ranging from under an hour for e-wallets to five working days for bank transfers. RaraWin reserves the right to request additional verification at any point, including source-of-funds documentation for larger withdrawals, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

Winnings derived from a confirmed error in game software, pricing or payout tables will be voided, and any amount already withdrawn under such circumstances may be reclaimed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of claiming, in addition to these general terms. Standard conditions applying to most bonuses include:

RaraWin reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus, and to void associated winnings, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, using betting patterns designed to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, such as covering both sides of an even-money bet across linked accounts, or exploiting an error in a specific promotion’s terms.

5. Game Fairness

All games offered on RaraWin use certified random number generators, independently tested by an approved testing body on a recurring schedule. RaraWin does not adjust RTP or outcome probability on its own platform beyond the settings certified by the provider.

In the event of a documented technical fault affecting a game’s outcome, RaraWin will void affected rounds and adjust balances to reflect the correct outcome, and will notify affected players directly where practical.

6. Responsible Gambling

Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session time reminders at any point from account settings, with reductions taking effect immediately and increases subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before applying. Self-exclusion can be requested for a minimum of six months and up to five years, and cannot be reversed early once confirmed, in line with standard industry practice designed to protect players from impulsive reversal during a vulnerable moment.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player’s original payment method wherever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

RaraWin is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment provider delays, or events commonly described as force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with the support team, who aim to resolve most matters within 48 hours. Where a resolution cannot be reached, players may escalate the matter to the independent alternative dispute resolution body named in the licence details published on this site, whose decision is binding on RaraWin but not on the player, who retains the right to pursue other lawful remedies.

10. Changes to These Terms

RaraWin may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new features or operational needs. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email or an in-account notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute not resolved through the alternative dispute resolution process referred to above falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Age Restriction

RaraWin is strictly for players aged 18 and over. Access by anyone under this age is a breach of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence depending on jurisdiction. Parents and guardians concerned about underage access are encouraged to install filtering software such as that recommended by the Gambling Commission and BBFC age verification schemes.
